Small teams of teen mentors working with groups of kids — tutoring, reading together, homework help, or just being the older kids who keep showing up. The format bends to what each group needs, and the faces stay the same week to week.
Why this matters
Programs come and go; people who keep showing up change a kid's trajectory. Consistent mentorship is the single thread that runs through everything else we do — the workshops and the lessons only land because the relationship is already there.
